1. Renders are for reference only. Actual product colors may vary under different lighting conditions. Color differences between renders and the actual product are not acceptable reasons for returns or refunds.
2. Dye-sub keycaps offer vibrant colors but may exhibit minor imperfections such as tiny black spots, uneven shrinkage, or rough edges due to the high-temperature production process. These are inevitable and won't be considered quality issues for the Evo80.
3. Minor variations in the fit of the weights within the bottom case, including slight uneven gaps around the edges, are considered normal and within the product's design tolerances.
4. Shipping may cause internal movement, leading to loose gaskets. A simple horizontal readjustment of the keycaps, without opening the case, should resolve this issue.
5. Pressing down forcefully on the spacebar after it has bottomed out may produce an unusual sound due to the interaction between the keycap stem and the stabilizer housing. This sound won't occur during regular typing and isn't considered a quality issue.
6. The 2.4G connection depends on the actual use case. We've developed a firmware update to bypass conflicts and incompatibility. In extreme cases, the Evo80 2.4G connection may not fully function without removing other USB peripherals from your device.

Estimated Fulfillment time: 1-4 weeks 

Orders will be locked for fulfillment every 7 days. For example, orders placed between Oct. 7th and Oct. 13th will be locked for fulfillment on EOD Oct.13th. Typically, orders will be fulfilled within 1-4 weeks after the sale period. Please note that the actual timing may vary depending on the total units sold.

2. To modify your Evo80 specifications, please don't adjust quantities in the shopping cart. Instead, return to the product page and add the new option to your shopping cart again.
3. All PCBs are VIA compatible.
4. Please do not add anything other than Evo80 to the cart along with this keyboard. Otherwise, you will be prevented from checking out.
5. Any incomplete orders (i.e., ones without a plate or PCB) will be canceled, and buyers will be responsible for any fees and transaction costs incurred.
6. If you have multiple orders shipping to different locations, please use separate accounts for each order. Our logistics system automatically combines all orders under the same account and ships them to a single destination.
