If you have an eligible order but the code doesn't work at checkout, please contact us.
Canceling an eligible order will result in forfeiture of the coupon.
Sea freight orders, parts-only purchases, and stabilizer orders are excluded as they were not affected by the previous rate adjustments.
Orders that have already been fulfilled are not eligible for compensation, since shipping costs were paid at the previous higher rate.
