Fulfillment time: Batch 1 is from May 20th to May 28th. After that, orders will be locked for fulfillment every 7 days. For example, orders placed between May 29th and June 4th will be locked for fulfillment on June 4th EOD. Orders will be fulfilled within 4 weeks after the sale period. Please note that the actual timing may vary depending on the total units sold.

Further notes and instructions:

  1. The LED diffusers are mounted on the plate, so they cannot be used when the keyboard is built without a plate. Turning on LEDs in plateless configurations will lead to the direct glare of the LED light entering the eyes. Therefore, we do not recommend a plateless build for this keyboard.
  2. The oxidation of copper weights is inevitable due to the characteristics of the material. If you are concerned about this, please consider choosing stainless steel weight instead.
  3. The reflection on the PVD weight is intended to demonstrate the mirror finish of the product, rather than the decorative patterns.
  4. Chroma and Dusk are random mixes of gradients, so the result on each unit may vary.
  5. The tri-mode PCB on this sale page comes with two 2200 mAh batteries.
  6. If you want to edit your Neo Ergo specs, please do not edit the quantities in the shopping cart. Instead, visit the product page and "add to cart" again.
  7. All PCBs support VIA and the wired features are based on QMK.
  8. Please do not add anything other than Neo Ergo extra parts to the cart along with this keyboard. Otherwise, you will be prevented from checking out.
  9. Any incomplete orders (i.e., ones without a plate (unless plateless), PCB, or other essential parts of the keyboard) will be canceled, and buyers will be responsible for any fees and transaction costs incurred.
  10. Please use different accounts if you have multiple orders shipped to different locations. Our logistic system automatically combines all orders under the same account and ships them to the same destination. This helps consolidate extra parts orders and allows you to take advantage of free shipping.
